Abstract:
The present invention relates to a sanitary filling product produced by a manufacturing method comprising: a first step for, by extrusion molding/injection molding PE, PP, PS, PA, PES, PPS, PPSU, producing a preform having a diagonal thread outer diameter which is the same in size as the inner diameter of an outer container mouth part of an outer container (hollow container, hollow bottle, glass bottle); and a second step for producing a synthetic resin film having a thickness of at least 0.001 mm, by means of stretch blow molding in which the preform that has been produced is reheated by an infrared heater and inserted in a mold of the outer container, and then air is blown into a stretch rod and the entrance of the preform so as to inflate same like a balloon, and then cold air is blown into a blow apparatus. In addition, the present invention relates to a sanitary filling product produced by a manufacturing method in which a synthetic resin bag, produced by inflation molding, is thermally bonded to a bottomless preform which is produced in the first step. In addition, the sanitary filling product produced by said method may be easily inserted in the outer container and filled with other products such as water, fruit juices, carbonated beverages and alcoholic beverages, and an inner container for sanitary filling of the present invention may be easily removed from the outer container when the outer container is collected after being used, and thus the reuse of the outer container may be increased.
