Abstract:
A method for manufacturing an eco-friendly capsule according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: disposing, at a first site on a microfluidic chip, an aqueous-phase substance containing chitosan, and disposing an oil-phase substance at second and third sites; generating an emulsion comprising a droplet having a preset diameter and generated by moving the aqueous-phase substance and the oil-phase substance to a reaction site according to a preset flow rate ratio; mixing the emulsion with an aqueous-phase solution in a mixing tank; and generating chitosan beads by means of a reaction between the emulsion and the aqueous-phase solution.
