Abstract:
Provided in the present invention is a method for manufacturing an electrode patch for tumor-treating fields. The method comprises the following steps: providing a flexible circuit board, which has at least one conductive disc and at least one pair of bonding pads; providing at least one insulation plate, and assembling the insulation plate on the flexible circuit board in a manner of corresponding to the conductive disc; providing a plurality of solder pastes, and applying same to the flexible circuit board in a manner of respectively corresponding to the conductive disc and the bonding pads; providing a sealant, and coating, with the sealant, the periphery of an enclosed region of the corresponding conductive disc, without covering the solder pastes; providing at least one temperature sensor, and arranging same on the solder pastes corresponding to the bonding pads; providing at least one dielectric element, and arranging same on the solder pastes corresponding to the conductive disc; performing reflow soldering on the flexible circuit board; performing secondary sealing on the flexible circuit board; and providing a wire, and soldering same to the flexible circuit board. In the manufacturing method of the present invention, during reflow soldering, the soldering of a dielectric element and a temperature sensor to a flexible circuit board and the curing of a sealant are simultaneously achieved, thus shortening the manufacturing period.
