Abstract:
The main purpose of the present invention is to provide a beneficial improvement relating to a method for manufacturing a fiber-reinforced resin product, the method including curing a prepreg preforming body while pressing the prepreg preforming body using a core having a fusible part in a pressing means. A method for manufacturing a fiber-reinforced resin product, the method having a core preparation step for preparing a core comprising a fusible part and an outer coat for covering the fusible part, a molding step for arranging a prepreg preforming body in a mold together with the core and heating and pressing in the mold to obtain a cured material, and a core removal step for removing the material of the fusible part from the cured material, at least a portion of the prepreg preforming body being pressed by expansion of the core in the molding step, wherein the manufacturing method is characterized in that the fusible part comprises a first fusible part and a second fusible part having a higher melting temperature than the first fusible part, the material of the first fusible part and the material of the second fusible part are mutually incompatible, and, in the molding step, the first fusible part partially or completely melts, and the second fusible part does not partially or completely melt.
