Abstract:
Provided are a method for manufacturing a flame-resistant composite board with convenient processing and decoration, and the structure thereof. The method comprises the following steps of: selecting a body, wherein the material of the body is selected from an ABS resin, an acrylic or a plastic material molded by mixing the ABS resin with the acrylic according to the environmental requirements in which building materials are applied, and a colorant and a flame retardant raw material are mixed therein during the formation of the plastic material; then covering and coating the outer surface of the body with an acrylic layer by co-extrusion, and coating the outer surface of the acrylic layer with a coating subjected to surface hardening or anti-fouling treatment to achieve predetermined antifouling and antibacterial effects; and further cutting, thermoplastic bending and processing the flame-resistant composite board according to construction requirements, so as to perform a default modeling laying.
