METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FLEXIBLE SUBSTRATE AND FLEXIBLE PANEL USING SCREEN PRINTING MACHINE

Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a flexible substrate (10) and a flexible panel using a screen printing machine (100). The method comprises: moving an ink reclaiming blade (120) and a doctor blade (130), so that the doctor blade (130) is above the ink reclaiming blade (120), and the ink reclaiming blade (120) coating an opening (112) with a glue material (140) (S11); reversely moving the ink reclaiming blade (120) and the doctor blade (130), so that the doctor blade (130) descends below the ink reclaiming blade (120), and the doctor blade (130) printing the glue material (140) onto a glass substrate (150) from the opening (112) so as to form a flexible substrate thin film corresponding to the opening (112) (S12); and baking the flexible substrate thin film so as to obtain a cured flexible substrate (10) (S13). According to the method, the flexible substrate thin film corresponding to the opening (112) of the screen printing machine (100) is formed, the desired size of the flexible substrate (10) is directly obtained, simplifying the production procedure, and saving on production costs.
