Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a foamed cement thermal insulation board, whereby the surfaces of styrofoam grains are coated with cement, a board is manufactured by extrusion molding with a cement mixture, latex is coated onto the upper side of the board, and then calcination is performed at high temperature, thus causing carbonization of the styrofoam grains provided inside the board, resulting in the formation of numerous pores, the board being lightweight due to the formation of fine pores through a reaction between cement and calcium sulfate in the cement mixture, and having a beautiful external pattern and color.
