A method for manufacturing fully 3D-molded moisture-permeable waterproof knit shoes includes: a shoe shell molding step of integrally manufacturing an inner shell (20) and an outer shell (30) that are molded based on a predetermined shape; a moisture-permeable waterproof film molding step of manufacturing a moisture-permeable waterproof film (10) provided with adhesive points (11) on both sides in accordance with the shapes and sizes of the inner shell (20) and the outer shell (30); a step of arranging the inner shell (20), the moisture-permeable waterproof film (10), and the outer shell (30) sequentially from the inside to the outside in such a manner as to cover a shoe mold, and a step of melting the adhesive points (11) on the moisture-permeable waterproof film (10) by heating, and thereby fusing the inner shell (20), the moisture-permeable waterproof film (10), and the outer shell (30) together.
