Abstract:
In a method for manufacturing a gas turbine blade by using 3D printing for wax RP according to the present invention, a ceramic core is manufactured by injecting a ceramic slurry after 3D printing a wax mold which is fired and removed at a set temperature. Therefore, the method does not require an existing, expensive injection molding machine dedicated for ceramics. The method thus has the effect of significantly reducing production costs and significantly shortens unnecessarily long manufacturing times, thereby having the effect of improving manufacturing efficiency.
