Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a gel cushion, comprising: a first step of mixing an additive and a copolymer which is obtained by polymerization of a polystyrene-based polymer and polypropylene; a second step of dripping oil while stirring the mixture obtained in the first step; a third step of preparing a composition (raw material in gel state) for a gel cushion from the mixture obtained in the second step by stirring the mixture for 10-20 minutes using a supper high-speed mixer; and a fourth step of manufacturing a gel cushion by injecting the composition for a gel cushion obtained in the third step.
