Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a graphite heat dissipation sheet, the method comprising the steps of: electrostatically spray-painting a powder paint on the surface of a graphite sheet to form a coating layer on the graphite surface; fixing a lower protection sheet to the bottom of a laminator; laminating the graphite sheet on the lower protection sheet; putting a buffer material on four perimeter sides of the graphite sheet; laminating an upper protection sheet on the graphite sheet to prepare a laminate; and passing the laminate through a lamination roller to subject the laminate to laminating treatment, wherein the powder paint comprises: 80 to 90 parts by weight of an epoxy resin containing 30 to 40 wt% of an ortho-cresol novolac epoxy resin having a softening point of 70 to 90°C and 60 to 70 wt% of a bisphenol A epoxy resin having a softening point of 110 to 120°C; 10 to 30 parts by weight of a polyester resin containing a carboxyl group at the end thereof; 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of a curing accelerator; and 20 to 30 parts by weight of a layered clay mineral.
