Abstract:
A method for manufacturing an imaging device 1 comprises: a modification step S10 for modifying glass inside a glass block 11 through use of a laser and thereby fabricating a first modified space R10 having a first path RH connected to an outer surface 10SB; an etching step S20 for etching the first modified space R10 and thereby fabricating an optical part 10 having, in the inside thereof, an optical space S10 having a lens surface SL11 connected with a first hole H10 open in the outer surface 10SB; and an imaging part arrangement step S30 for arranging, on the optical part 10, an imaging part 20 for receiving light of a subject image collected by the optical part 10.
