Abstract:
A method for manufacturing an intermediate material for a soft packaging container is provided with: a first overlapping step (P1) of overlapping a second sheet (120) with a first sheet (110); an enclosing-part forming step (P2) of bonding parts of the first sheet (110) and the second sheet (12, 120) together to form filling-material enclosing parts for enclosing a filling material, the filling-material enclosing parts being constituted by non-bonded regions of the first sheet (110) and the second sheet (12, 120); a folding step (P4) of folding the first sheet (110) and the second sheet (12, 120) with the first sheet (110) arranged on the outside so that the filling-material enclosing parts exist on both sides, connected via at least one folding position, in a state of internally communicating with each other; an accommodation-part forming step (P5) of bonding a plurality of places including the first sheet (110) and/or the second sheet (12, 120) together to form an accommodation part; and a cutting step (P6) of cutting off at least the first sheet (110) to form an intermediate material (A1) for a soft packaging container. With such a configuration, it is possible to more easily and reliably manufacture a soft packaging container having filling-material enclosing parts in more regions.
