Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a knuckle for a vehicle according to one embodiment of the present invention may comprise: a mold preparation step of preparing a mold for molding a knuckle for a vehicle; a material filling step of filling a material in the mold; a molding step of compression-molding the material filled in the mold; and a demolding step of separating a molded article from the mold. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the mold prepared in the mold preparation step may include: a lower mold having a recess having a shape corresponding to a knuckle for a vehicle to be manufactured; and an upper mold positioned on one side of the lower mold. According to one embodiment of the present invention, at least one of the lower mold and the upper mold is provided with at least one pressing protrusion formed to protrude toward the opposite mold, and the pressing protrusion may be configured to contact and pressurize the material filled in the recess of the lower mold when compression molding is performed in the molding step.
