Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a method for manufacturing a laser film having holographic text, comprising the following steps: (1) preparing a resin coating; (2) coating a layer of resin coating on the surface of a PET base film to obtain a coating layer; (3) printing text information on the coating layer to obtain a text layer; (4) using a seamless laser film as a template, performing film pressing processing on the text layer, and copying a hologram on the text layer of the PET base film, wherein the film pressing temperature is 90-100°C, and a film pressing speed is 65-80 m/min; and (5) performing vacuum plating of a dielectric layer on a film-pressed PET base film. According to the present invention, the film pressing temperature is low, and a base film deforms little when pressed, so that the fastness and resolution of the base film are improved, and the rate of finished products is increased; a film press machine is high in speed, so that a production cycle is shortened; a seamless film pressure plate is used, the pressure of a press roll is appropriate during film pressing, and the surface of the film is clean, so that the holographic effect is good; and the manufactured seamless laser film having holographic text has a uniform and beautiful appearance without seams.
