[Abstract] [Problem] To provide a method for manufacturing a layered body, a layered body that is obtained via said method, and a molding method and a molded body in which said layered body is used, said method for manufacturing a layered body being convenient, minimizing environmental burden such as due to the release of carbon dioxide and VOCs, and being able to provide a clear layer of a consistent quality. [Solution] Obtained are a method for manufacturing a layered body, a layered body, and a molding method and a molded body in which said layered body is used, said method for manufacturing a layered body being characterized by including various steps in which a solvent-type clear coating composition is applied on a base material, a covering material is positioned on the solvent-type clear coating composition while the solvent-type clear coating composition is in an uncured state, and an uncured layered body that is thus obtained and is formed from the base material, the solvent-type clear coating composition, and the covering material is subjected to an aging process, thereby curing the uncured solvent-type clear coating composition and forming a cured layered body that includes a cured clear layer, wherein the covering material is a material that is capable of trapping, transmitting, or both trapping and transmitting a solvent in the solvent-type clear coating composition.
