Abstract:
This method for manufacturing a layered body by layering a plurality of iron-based amorphous alloy ribbons. The iron-based amorphous alloy ribbons are represented by the composition formula T100-x-y-zSix(B1-mCm)yPz (T is at least one element selected from the group consisting of Fe, Co, and Ni, and is a transition metal element necessarily containing Fe), the thickness of the composition being 30-60 μm. The method comprises: a preprocessing step S1 for heat-treating the plurality of iron-based amorphous alloy ribbons at a temperature that is at least 200°C and lower than the crystallization temperature; an application step S2 for forming an adhesive layer by applying a thermosetting resin onto at least any of the plurality of iron-based amorphous alloy ribbons after heat treatment; and a thermo-compression bonding step S3 for forming a layered body by subjecting the plurality of iron-based amorphous alloy ribbons to thermo-compression bonding using the adhesive layer.
