Abstract:
A method for manufacturing LED strip lights (30), comprising the following steps: extending at least two wires along a first line (PQ), two adjacent wires being spaced apart (S01); arranging at least two bearing bases (12) on the at least two wires at intervals along the first line (PQ) (S02), wherein each bearing base (12) is provided with an avoidance through hole (120) and multiple conductive portions (121), every two conductive portions (121) are arranged on the bearing base (12) at intervals along the first line (PQ), and at least one avoidance through hole (120) is provided between the two conductive portions (121) which are arranged along the first line (PQ); welding the bearing base (12) and the wires such that each wire is welded to the two conductive portions (121) arranged along the first line (PQ), and at least one wire stretches across the avoidance through hole (120) to form a punched portion (S03); punching the punched portion (S04); arranging LED lamp beads (21) on the surface of each bearing base (12) facing away from the wire (S05-S06); and welding the LED lamp beads (21) and the conductive portions (121) (S07). The method for manufacturing the LED strip lights (30) can effectively improve the yield and the reliability of the LED strip lights (30).
