Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a metal-graphene composite structure heat spreader having a high heat dissipation effect by forming a metal-graphene composite structure by forming a porous metal-graphene composite and covering the surface thereof with metal, and a heat spreader manufactured thereby, the heat spreader comprising: a metal substrate (10) forming the outer wall of a pad shape having a hollow inside; and a porous wok (20) formed on the inner surface of the metal substrate (10) by forming a graphene layer on the inner pore surface by sintering.
