Abstract:
One embodiment of the present invention provides a method for manufacturing a multilayer sheet for transparent braces, comprising the steps of: (a) mounting a rolled soft thermoplastic polymer material on an upper roll and a lower roll of a laminator; (b) increasing the temperature of the upper roll and the lower roll; (c) bonding the roll sheet of the soft thermoplastic polymer material, which is mounted on the upper roll and the lower roll, on press rolls, and then laminating same; and (d) mounting a hard thermoplastic polymer material on a central roll of the laminator during lamination of the soft thermoplastic polymer material, so as to insert same between the press rolls performing lamination, and thus a multilayer sheet is manufactured.
