Abstract:
[Solution] One face of a non-slip member (1) comprising silicone resin combustion is subjected to a chemical vapor deposition process (2). After the process (2) is performed, a molten urethane two-component curing primer (3) is applied to the surface of the nonslip member (1). The primer (3) is then dried and a heat-bondable resin film (4) is affixed to the primer (3) layer by heat bonding. [Effect] The adhesiveness (adhesive strength) of the nonslip member (1) comprising silicone resin is significantly improved. Therefore, by attaching the nonslip member (A) to the back side of the waist of a pair of trousers or a skirt, or to a quarter-lining (B) mounted to such an area, a highly exceptional nonslip effect can be maintained for a long period of time. Also, the nonslip member (A) does not detach even when washed or dry-cleaned.
