Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for manufacturing an optical filter includes: a step for applying an image formation composition containing a coloring material and a compound that has an ethylenically unsaturated bond-containing group, and containing 50% by mass or more of the coloring material in the total solid content, and forming a composition layer, on a support body that has partition walls having a refractive index of 1.10 to 1.30 with respect to light having a wavelength of 300 nm and that is provided with a plurality of regions demarcated by the partition walls; a step for exposing the composition layer by irradiating the composition layer with light having a wavelength of 300 nm or below in a pattern shape; and a step for developing and removing the composition layer in unexposed parts and forming pixels in the regions demarcated by the partition walls. The present invention also provides a method for manufacturing a solid-state imaging element.
