Title:
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ORGANIC ELECTROLUMINESCENCE ELEMENT
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2013/024885
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The invention addresses the problem of providing a method for manufacturing an organic EL element enabling manufacture of an organic EL element having a long luminance half-life. The means for solving the problem is a method for manufacturing an organic electroluminescence element having a first electrode, a second electrode, and a light-emitting layer between the first electrode and the second electrode; the method for manufacturing an organic electroluminescence element including: a step of preparing a transfer plate having an organic fluorine compound transfer surface, obtained by bringing an organic fluorine compound into contact with and causing the organic fluorine compound to adhere to the surface of an organic layer of a transfer substrate having a support plate and the organic layer; a step of forming, on the first electrode or a functional layer formed on the first electrode, a thin film containing a luminescent organic compound; a step of layering the organic fluorine compound transfer surface onto the thin film containing a luminescent organic compound so that the transfer surface and the second-electrode-side surface of the thin film containing a luminescent organic compound are facing each other and are brought into contact with or are proximal to each other, and forming a laminated body; a step of heating the formed laminated body; and a step of removing the transfer plate from the laminated body and obtaining a light-emitting layer.
