Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing paper pulp, comprising the following steps of physical smashing and biological degrading. Specifically, in the method, physical smashing is carried out by means of cracking, high-pressure bulking, and defibering etc, resulting in the reduction of bonding force of lignin among vegetable fibrous cells, and then biological degrading lignin is carried out by means of fungus to seperate and soften fibers. Since few acid and alkali chemicals are used in method according to the present invention, it is less pollutive, saving of water and energy, with the costs reduced by 50%. The paper pulp manufactured according to the present invention has good quality and without chemical pollution.
