Abstract:

The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a perovskite solar cell, comprising the steps of: preparing a substrate on which a first conductive charge transfer layer is formed; positioning, on the substrate, a mask having an aperture pattern; and forming a perovskite layer on the substrate and the mask.
