Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a piston cap of a cardiopulmonary resuscitation device, according to an embodiment of the present invention, may comprise the steps of: a) mixing, by a first stirring unit (10), a first raw material solution and a curing agent solution which are in liquid phases, to thereby generate a first molding material, and then supplying the first molding material to a first storage unit (30), and mixing, by a second stirring unit (20), a second raw material solution and a curing agent solution which are in liquid phases, to thereby generate a second molding material, and then supplying the second molding material to a second storage unit (40); b) quantitatively discharging the first molding material by the first storage unit (30) so as to quantitatively fill a first mold (50), and quantitatively discharging the second molding material by the second storage unit (40) so as to quantitatively fill a second mold (60); c) respectively heating the first and second molding materials at a predetermined temperature through heaters (51, 61) by the first and second molds (50, 60) to mold the first molding material into a pad (700), and inserting and coupling the second molding material into and to the pad (70) to be molded into a first vacuum (800) or a second vacuum (900) to compress the chest of a patient; d) ejecting the pad (700) and the first vacuum (800) or the second vacuum (900) from the first and second molds (50, 60), respectively, and then moving same to a coupling unit (70); and e) adhering, by the coupling unit (70), the pad (700) and at least one of the first vacuum (800) and the second vacuum (900), thereby completing the manufacture of a cap.
