Abstract:
The present invention relates to a vaporization unit of a microparticle generator. More specifically, the present invention relates to a vaporization unit of a microparticle generator capable of preventing carbonization because a material having a small difference in heat transfer rate from a heating coil contains a liquid phase. Provided in the present invention is a porous ceramic heater of a microparticle generator, comprising: a porous ceramic that is prepared by mixing a silicate, a binder, and a pore-forming agent to prepare a slurry and then molding, drying, and sintering the slurry; and a resistance heating element coupled to the porous ceramic and heating the porous ceramic by generating heat when current is applied thereto, wherein the liquid phase supported on the porous ceramic is vaporized by the heat generated by the heating element.
