Abstract:
A method for manufacturing pulp molding plate and a mould used therein. The method includes
a number of steps such as dipping the waste paper and mashing it into pulp, pressing
and molding, demoulding and drying etc. Wherein the concentration of the pulp
is not more than 6%, and the steps such as mixing a natural resin and starch into
the pulp, concentrating and de-watering the mixed pulp material, and trimming etc.
in the prior art are all omitted. The mould comprises an enclosing case, a pressing
block and a cover board, wherein the enclosing case and the cover board can move
relative to each other, the working stroke of the pressing block in the molding
chamber is not less than 9 times of the thickness of the molding article produced
therewith. The pulp molding plate is solid plate or the plate with through hole,
the fiber texture of which has a horizontal laminated structure. The present invention
has the advantages in that the process is simplified, the cost is reduced, and
the product has a better service performance and results in a more perfect economic
and social benefit. The present product can be widely applied in the packaging,
storage and transportation industry, construction industry, fitment and office
equipment, and so on, and its market potential is also wide.
