Abstract:
This method for manufacturing a quenched molding comprises: a first heat treatment step of austenitizing a blanked steel material by heating to a temperature higher than the Ac3 transformation point and then causing martensitic transformation and bainite transformation by cooling; and a second heat treatment step of austenitizing the steel material having been subjected to the first heat treatment step by heating to a temperature higher than the Ac3 transformation point and then causing martensitic transformation by cooling. At least one of the first heat treatment step and the second heat treatment step is completed by molding at a temperature higher than the Ar3 transformation point after heating the steel material at a temperature higher than the Ac3 transformation point.
