Abstract:
The present invention discloses a method of manufacturing a resin concrete drain pipe using steelmaking slag balls, the method characterized by comprising: a steel wire assembly process for assembling steel wires to build a framework for a resin concrete drain pipe; a mold assembly process for placing the steel wires assembled in the steel wire assembly process in a mold and applying a demolding agent; a resin concrete mixing process for mixing resin concrete mixing components; a resin concrete mixture pouring process for pouring the resin concrete mixture mixed in the resin concrete mixing process into a centrifugal forming machine; and a centrifugal forming process for forming a resin concrete drain pipe by means of the centrifugal forming machine. The resin concrete mixture in the resin concrete mixing process is formed of 10.5 parts by weight of a bonding agent, 6.4 parts by weight of a filler, 15.7 parts by weight of first steelmaking slag balls having a particle size of 0.6mm ~ 1mm, 15.7 parts by weight of second steelmaking slag balls having a particle size of 2mm ~ 5mm, 18.7 parts by weight of crushed stone, and 33 parts by weight of a dry mortar. Following the centrifugal forming process, the method further comprises: a preliminary curing process for preliminarily curing the resin concrete drain pipe formed in the forming process for 30 to 90 minutes at a temperature of 45°C to 60°C by using heated blown air; and a secondary curing process for applying resin after the preliminary curing process and secondarily curing the drain pipe for 10 to 15 minutes at a temperature of 25°C or greater by using heated blown air again. After the secondary curing, a lining process is implemented, and then the formed resin concrete drain pipe is extracted from the mold.
