Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a method for manufacturing a resin molded article, whereby a resin molded article having extremely high molding precision is obtained from a specific acrylate compound using a photocuring method. [Solution] A method for manufacturing a resin molded article, comprising forming a resin molded article by a light exposure means using a mold 100, wherein the mold 100 has a lower mold 10 and an upper mold 20, a molded article shaping area 60 is formed by integration of the lower mold 10 and the upper mold 20, at least one resin pool 40 communicated with the molded article shaping area 60 via a resin inflow path 42 is provided to the outside of the molded article shaping area 60, the lower mold 10 and/or the upper mold 20 has an optically transparent member in all or a portion of an outer wall thereof, and the method for manufacturing a resin molded article comprises charging a photocurable composition into both the molded article shaping area 60 and the resin pool 40, irradiating the photocurable composition in the molded article shaping area 60 with light through the upper mold 20 or the lower mold 10 comprising the optically transparent member from outside the upper mold 20 or the lower mold 10 comprising the optically transparent member among the lower mold 10 and the upper mold 20, thereby curing the photocurable composition, causing at least the photocurable composition in the resin pool 40 to flow into the molded article shaping area 60 through the resin inflow path 42 and replenish a curing shrinkage amount of the photocurable composition, and curing the photocurable composition by light exposure to form a resin molded article.
