Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a rock bolt, comprising: a first step for seating a plate-shaped metal plate having a flat surface on a roll mold having a curved outer surface; a second step for driving the roll mold to process both sides of the surface of the metal plate so as to be curved; a third step for processing the both sides of the surface of the metal plate to be curved at a gradually increasing curvature so that the ends of the both sides of the surface of the metal plate can contact each other; a fourth step for joining the ends of the contacted both sides of the metal plate to form a semi-circular member having a semi-circular longitudinal section with both sides of the lower surface of the semi-circular member curved; and a fifth step for processing the outer surface of the both sides of the semi-circular member to gradually become close to each other by making the center of the lower surface of the semi-circular member be inwardly concave. Accordingly, the present invention allows a rock bolt to be quickly manufactured by reducing the process for manufacturing a rock bolt, and simultaneously enhances the productivity of the rock bolt by reducing the manufacturing time thereof.
