Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a rotor for a rotating electric machine, said method including: a preparation step of preparing a rotor core and a hollow rotor shaft; a placement step of placing the rotor core and the rotor shaft in a manufacturing device and forming a state in which the rotor shaft is positioned on the inner side of the rotor core in the radial direction in the manufacturing device; a rotor shaft centering step of, after the placement step, centering the rotor shaft with respect to a reference axis specified in the manufacturing device; a rotor core centering step of, after the placement step, centering the rotor core with respect to the reference axis; and an integration step of, after the rotor shaft centering step and the rotor core centering step, integrating the rotor shaft and the rotor core by increasing the internal pressure of the hollow portion of the rotor shaft while supporting the rotor shaft and the rotor core by the manufacturing device.
