Abstract:
This method for manufacturing a sandwich panel (100) includes: a step for preparing a plurality of sheet-like prepregs (211); a step for obtaining a composite surface material (40) by performing a first heating and pressing treatment via a release film (25) on the upper and lower surfaces of a laminate, in which the plurality of prepregs (211) are laminated, and integrating the laminate; and a step for disposing a composite surface material (40) on each of the surfaces on the upper surface side and the lower surface side of a sheet-like core layer (10) having a honeycomb structure, and performing integrated lamination through a second heating and pressing treatment, wherein the pressure in the first heating and pressing treatment is equal to or higher than that in the second heating and pressing treatment.
