Abstract:
The present invention includes: a step for providing an electrode assembly inside a cup-shaped exterior member; a step for providing a lid-shaped exterior member so as to form a lid on an opening in the cup-shaped exterior member; and a step for irradiating a laser onto a facing portion at which the cup-shaped exterior member and the lid-shaped exterior member face each other, and forming a welded section, the facing portion being formed by positioning the end face of either the cup-shaped exterior member or the lid-shaped exterior member on the end face of the other of the cup-shaped exterior member or the lid-shaped exterior member, the end faces being in a non-stepped state.
