Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a single-side metal-clad layered plate comprising: core layers (110, 120) made of a heat-resistant film; and metal foil (151, 152) adhesively layered onto thermoplastic resin layers (111, 121) on one side of an adhesive sheet comprising thermoplastic resin layers (111, 112, 121, 122) provided on both sides of the core layers. A first metal foil (151), a first adhesive sheet (101), a second adhesive sheet (102), and a second metal foil (152) are thermally laminated to form a layered body, and by peeling the layered body apart between the first adhesive sheet and the second adhesive sheet, a first single-sided metal-clad layered plate (121) of the first adhesive sheet which has the first metal foil adhesively layered on a first main surface thereof, and a second single-sided metal-clad layered plate (122) of the second adhesive sheet which has the second metal foil adhesively layered on a first main surface thereof are obtained at the same time.
