Abstract:
In a method for manufacturing a solar cell module wherein a string, which is obtained by connecting a plurality of solar cells by wiring lines, is arranged on a substrate, the manufacturing cost of the solar cell module is reduced by increasing the productivity of a process for covering the string with a resin for protection.
A string, which is obtained by connecting a plurality of solar cells (1) by wiring lines (2), is arranged on a substrate (6) with a spacer (8) being interposed therebetween. After that, a liquid urethane resin (7), which is pressurized by a pump (12), is ejected through a slit-like opening portion (10a) of a coating head (10) on the string. Consequently, a protective layer that is formed of the urethane resin (7) and covers the string is formed.
