Abstract:
The purpose of the invention is to reduce the time for processing a stator core while stabilizing the quality of the stator core in the manufacture thereof. Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a stator core comprising a plurality of teeth around which a coil is to be wound, a teeth-connecting part that connects adjacent ones of the teeth, and a first annular part having, on an inner circumferential part thereof, a plurality of mating parts respectively mating with the plurality of teeth. The manufacturing method comprises: (a) a step for punching out, from a sheet material 34, an inner core (second annular part) 36 in which the plurality of teeth and the teeth-connecting part are formed integrally; (b) a step for subjecting the sheet material 34, prior to the punching of the inner core 36, to a non-magnetization treatment in a section of the sheet material 34 corresponding to the teeth-connecting part; and (c) a step for mating the first annular part and the inner core 36 by the plurality of mating parts.
