Abstract:
The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for: respectively manufacturing a front plate, a back plate, a side plate, a head, a bridge, a base bar located in a soundbox, and a sound post (hereinafter, referred to as "string instrument components") by using wood such as spruce, maple, paulownia, chestnut, and the like; repeating, several times, a process of painting and drying nano inorganic paint on all exposed surfaces of the front, back, and side surfaces of the string instrument components; processing each of the string instrument components so as to make the surfaces thereof smooth; and varnishing the string instrument components processed to be smooth.
