Abstract:
The present invention aims to realize a method of manufacturing thermoplastic polyurethane film without using release paper or release film. Preferably, uneven shapes can be formed in the surface of the film, which is extruded from a T-die mechanical apparatus, by adjusting the surfaces of a touch roller and a cooling roller, and ultimately, when the film is wound, this plays a role in reducing the surface area in contact with the surface of an opposing film such that the adhesive force between the films can be drastically lowered, and this characteristic of the product makes smooth production possible even without release paper or release film. The production method of the present invention is advantageous in that the product can be called very environmentally friendly since release paper or release film waste generated when the film is finally used can be completely eliminated, and in that direct economic effects can also be obtained from reducing production costs because the release paper or release film is not used.
