The present invention is a method for manufacturing emblems that can be mass-produce while also being able to identify individual people, the method being characterized in being configured so that the upper surface of an intermediate layer material is made visible by: (a) placing the intermediate layer material, which is a thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet or film, on a lower layer material and placing a thermoplastic synthetic resin film upper layer material on said intermediate layer material, (b) pressing the upper layer material, intermediate layer material and lower layer material with an engraving die that has a thermal cutting blade that follows the emblem contour line and performing induction heating by transmitting a high frequency to form a design on the upper layer material, (c) removing unnecessary sections and creating an intermediate decorative piece, (d) fitting said intermediate decorative piece in a jig and setting same in a laser engraver, (e) creating individual information data with a computer that is connected to the laser engraver and inputting same to the laser engraver, and (f) performing laser engraving using said individual information data and removing portions of the upper layer material according to the individual information data.
