Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a thin film pattern of a display, according to the present embodiment, comprises: a drop inspection step for inspecting each drop falling from each nozzle to each pixel; a drop number calculation step for calculating the minimum number of drops for reaching a target volume per pixel, according to the result of the inspection performed in the drop inspection step; a drop sorting step for giving a weight to each drop according to the result of the inspection performed in the drop inspection step, and sorting each drop in the order from a high weight; and a printing control step for basically selecting, by the minimum number of drops, drops having high weights, and generating print data according to the result of comparing the target volume with a summed volume obtained by summing the volumes of the basically selected drops.
