Abstract:
The method for manufacturing a tire of the present invention is characterized in that a tire molding part (21) for defining the outer surface shape of a tire (1), an extrusion preparation part (22) capable of positioning an unvulcanized rubber member (5) for forming a tread part (2), and a rubber inlet passage (23) for connecting the tire molding part (21) and the extrusion preparation part (22) are provided in a vulcanizing mold (20), and, in a vulcanization molding process, a case member (4) is loaded on the tire molding part (21) and an unvulcanized rubber member (5) is loaded on the extrusion preparation part (22), the unvulcanized rubber member (5) is then extruded via the rubber inlet passage (23) to tread molding portions (21c), (21d) for defining the outer surface shape of a tire formed in the tire molding part (21), and the extruded unvulcanized rubber member (5) and the case member (4) are subsequently vulcanized together.
