Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a U-shaped member (100), comprising the following steps: forming an inner contour (1) on a material belt (200), then forming an outer contour (2) on the outer periphery of the inner contour (1) on the material belt (200), so as to ensure the precision and yield of a product, reduce the probability of fracture and dimensional deviation of a slender plane composed of the inner contour (1) and the outer contour (2) during a stamping process; forming a groove (4) in an area between the inner contour (1) and the outer contour (2) of a molded member (100), and forming a through hole (5) at the bottom of the groove (4), so as to obtain a planar product (300); and rolling the obtained planar product (300) by means of a roll press (400), and by providing the roll press (400) and providing a stop assembly (401) at an exit of the roll press (400), enabling the planar product (300) to be bent towards the direction of the stop assembly (401) then to form a U-shaped structure so as to obtain the U-shaped member (100). According to the method for manufacturing the U-shaped member (100), the product quality and yield of the manufactured U-shaped member (100) can be high, and the manufacturing is simple and convenient.
