Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a vehicle using a pre-coated steel sheet, which can prevent corrosion of a cut surface created when a pre-coated steel sheet (a pre-finished steel sheet) is processed, and enables the pre-coated steel sheet to be used for manufacturing a vehicle demanding an excellent appearance and physical property of a coating film. The method for manufacturing a vehicle according to the present invention comprises the steps of: manufacturing parts by mechanically processing a pre-coated steel sheet; assembling the parts into a vehicle body; and electro-deposition coating the assembled vehicle body. Thereby, resistance of corrosion of the cut surface of the pre-coated steel sheet is enhanced and an excellent appearance and physical property of a coating film is achieved.
