Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a wide-temperature low-loss high-Bs manganese-zinc ferrite material. The material comprises main components and auxiliary components, wherein the main components are Fe2O3, ZnO, and Mn3O4, and the auxiliary components comprise Co2O3, CaCO3, Nb2O5, ZrO2, Li2CO3, and CCTO. A two-time pre-sintering mode is adopted, and a pre-sintered material obtained after primary pre-sintering is crushed, such that the problem of large magnetic force and activity difference of the pre-sintered material caused by insufficient pre-sintering of inner and outer layers of powder particles or particle aggregation is eliminated. CaCO3 is added during sanding after primary pre-sintering, and other auxiliary components are added during ball milling after secondary pre-sintering, such that the finally prepared manganese zinc ferrite material is uniform in grain size distribution and high in density, and has the characteristics of low power loss, high magnetic conductivity and high Bs in the temperature range of 25°C-140°C.
