Abstract:
According to a method for measuring the amount of exercise of each person by using an augmented reality interactive sports device, proposed in the present invention, the amount of exercise of a user is measured from the number of steps of the user, which is estimated using a signal sensed by a LiDAR sensor unit, so that it is possible to measure the amount of exercise of a user who enjoys bodyweight sports without wearing a separate device; and the measurement is performed using signals sensed by at least two LiDAR sensors, so that even when several users simultaneously use a sports content, it is possible to quickly and accurately track motions and measure the amount of exercise for each of the users.
