Abstract:
A method for measuring and calculating a sludge calorific value based on sludge volatile content. The method comprises: calculating the volatiles of various samples and calorific values corresponding to the samples; establishing an XY plane rectangular coordinate system; determining each point corresponding to each sludge sample in the XY plane rectangular coordinate system by using a volatile ((A%) as a value of an X coordinate and a calorific value (Q) as a value of a Y coordinate; and sequentially fitting and connecting the points to form a curve from low to high according to the volatiles, so as to obtain a sludge volatile-calorific value curve (A%-Q). For any kind of sludge to be measured, as long as the volatile A% to be measured of the sludge is first calculated, the A% to be measured is substituted into an X axis according to the obtained sludge volatile-calorific value curve (A%-Q), so that a corresponding calorific value Q (i.e., the value of the Y coordinate) can be directly found in the curve. The present invention can effectively solve the problems of high cost, high workload intensity, high requirements for the operating proficiency of technicians and the like caused by measuring the sludge calorific value by using a heat capacity method.
