Abstract:
A method for mitigating local high points of the plate shape of a hot-rolled thin steel strip. A thin strip continuous casting key component is controlled, and the plate shape of a cast strip formed by twin roll continuous casting is controlled, so that the purpose of controlling local high points of a one-pass hot-rolled thin steel strip is achieved, and the plate shape profile of the thin steel strip and the surface quality of a steel coil are improved. In a casting process, the surface flatness of roll brushes, the bristle density and hardness of the roll brushes, and the dynamic balance value, rotating speed, and torque of the roll brushes are controlled, the sediment uniformity on the surfaces of casting rolls in a twin-roll continuous casting process is controlled, and the casting force in the twin-roll continuous casting process is controlled, so that the effects of eliminating local high points of a continuous cast strip and improving the smoothness of the plate shape profile of a cast strip are achieved, and thus the defects of local high points of the plate shape profile of the hot-rolled thin steel strip and ribs formed on the surface of the steel coil are eliminated. The plate shape quality and the coil shape quality of thin steel strips can be improved, and the qualification rate of products can be improved.
