Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for mounting and adjusting a curved sealing structure. The method comprises: a, presetting a compression ratio of a sealing member, and obtaining the size of a preset sealing gap according to the sizes of the sealing member and a sealing groove; b, determining a final geometric dimension of a sealing surface of a first sealed body in the curved sealing structure, and according to the size of the preset sealing gap and the final geometric dimension, determining the maximum and minimum geometric dimensions of a sealing surface of a second sealed body in the curved sealing structure; c, arranging a compression assembly along the curved sealing structure, placing a gasket at the compression assembly, fastening the compression assembly, and adjusting the thickness of the gasket according to the preset sealing gap and an actual attaching gap between the two sealed bodies; and d, removing the gasket, placing the sealing member to assemble the two sealed bodies, measuring the size of an actual sealing gap, and placing an adjusting piece to make the size of the measured actual sealing gap consistent with the size of the preset sealing gap. The problem that a sealing compression ratio of a curved sealing structure is difficult to adjust is solved.
